Job change at Guild, you can choose one of four jobs and adopt the skills of that job, 

your stats will be reset to the initial values for each job. so choose your job carefully.

Improve your weapons and armor at the blacksmith, Weapons and armor made at the blacksmith can be upgraded by spending half of their materials and cost.
